Hope everyone had a great Christmas and a great New Year.
I live in a small Village in South Wales U.K its so cold here at the moment hate the Winter but absolutly catches the Sun during summer months.
As the title sudgests i love Running do about 10 miles per day .Have completed 2 Half Marathons in 2005 and hope to do the London in 2006.
