Did the Cardiff Half in October then the Torfaen Half two weeks later for Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice dont know if youve heard about it ? theve built it near LLandaff and Botham walked to raise money for it.&lt;br&gt;
Your my hero running the London but would love to go to Boston is that where you are now? very cold tho this time of year isnt it well home from home then its freezing here in the minus most days.&lt;br&gt;
Do you still Train? i do bout 10miles a day at mo just to get rid of Christmas you know wot its like.&lt;br&gt;

London is a great marathon if you can get in. Have you ever run the Cardiff Marathon? I was in Cardiff, ran the marathon and a couple of halfs way back in the 1980's. Ran London in 1992 and 1996, but now live in the USA.&lt;br&gt;
I'm running the Shamrock Marathon in March and maybe Boston in April. We'll see. Would love to do London or Cardiff again one day too..... </content></entry></feed>
